Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah kegiatan membagikan ilmu dan wawasan kepada masyarakat guna untuk menambahkan keterampilan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di lakukan bertujuan : (1) memberikan pelatihan teknik pembuatan rice bowl dengan cita rasa khas pulau jawa (2) menambah wawasan akan varian menu khas pulau jawa (3) menyelesaikan penulisan proyek akhir sebagai syarat kelulusan. (4) menjalankan fungsi Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengadakan Pelatihan Pembuatan Rice Bowl Dengan Cita Rasa Khas Pulau Jawa di Desa Wisata Keranggan. Kata kunci: pengabdian kepada masyarakat, rice bowl, pulau jawa, tujuan./ Community service is an activity of sharing knowledge and insights with the community in order to add skills. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of: (1) providing training on techniques for making rice bowls with the image of a typical taste of the island of Java (2) adding insight into variants of menus typical of the island of Java (3) completing the writing of the final project as a graduation requirement. (4) carrying out the functions of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Community Service. Therefore, the author held a Rice Bowl Making Training with a Typical Javanese Taste Image in the Keranggan Tourism Village. Keywords: Community service, Rice bowl, Java Island, Purpose.
