Abstract

Sumber daya manusia sebagai penggerak organisasi merupakan aspek terpenting, karena sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kinerja yang buruk juga dapat memperburuk kinerja dari pelayanan Kantor Imigrasi kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, work life balance dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuisioner yang dilakukan pada 109 pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 TPI Jakarta Timur yang merupakan seluruh populasi target pada penelitian ini. Kuisioner penelitian ini terdiri atas 35 pertanyaan dengan menggunakan Skala Likert 1-5. Teknik analisa menggunakan Structural Equational Modelling PLS (SEM) dengan program Smart-PLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima sehingga kepemimpinan transformasional, work life balance dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara signifikan mampu memediasi pengaruh tersebut. / Human resources as the driving force of the organization is the most important aspect, because human resources that have poor performance can also worsen the performance of the Immigration Office’s service to the community. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership, work-life balance and work motivation on job satisfaction with the work environment as mediation. This study used a quantitative approach research through a questionnaire conducted on 109 employees of the Class 1 Immigration Office of TPI East Jakarta which is the entire target population in this study. This research questionnaire consisted of 35 questions using a Likert Scale of 1-5. The analysis technique uses Structural Equational Modeling PLS (SEM) with the Smart-PLS program version 3. The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted so that transformational leadership, work-life balance and work motivation had a significant influence on job satisfaction and the work environment was significantly able to mediate these influences.
