Abstract

PT. Nagamas Packaging is a company in North Sumatra, Indonesia, that sells plastic products to all market demands that require packaging using plastic. PT Nagamas Packaging was founded in 2010 and located at Jl. Medan - Batang Kuis no 130. The plastic used by PT Nagamas Packaging is not recycled but plastic. Companies usually use plastic for packaging products in the form of boxes to package their products. The writer is interested in researching PT Nagamas Packaging about how corporate social responsibility, product quality, and brand trust affect customer purchasing decisions. This is an opportunity not only targeted companies but several prominent companies worldwide experiencing the same thing. This is an advantage for companies to operate during and after the pandemic. The writer adjusts the characteristics of the respondents according to the customers of PT Nagamas Packaging which are business owners, and companies, which have products that require plastic packaging and require packaging using plastic. The population to this research is 170 customers with simple random sampling method, where the sample is taken randomly from the company. The F-test resulted in Sig. value 0.000b and Fcount 108.333 indicated that H0 rejected and Ha where CSR, Product Quality, and Brand Trust simultaneously have significant influence on customer purchase decision at PT Nagamas Packaging is accepted. The t-test resulted in Sig. value < 0.05 and tcount of 2.001 for all of the variables which indicate Ha where CSR, Product Quality, and Brand Trust simultaneously have significant influence on customer purchase decision at PT Nagamas Packaging are accepted. This means the higher level of positive CSR, product quality, and brand trust, the higher level of customer purchase decision at PT Nagamas Packaging. / PT. Nagamas Packaging adalah sebuah perusahaan di Sumatera Utara, Indonesia yang menjual produk plastik untuk semua permintaan pasar yang membutuhkan kemasan menggunakan plastik. PT Nagamas Packaging didirikan pada tahun 2010 dan berlokasi di Jl. Medan - Batang Kuis no 130. Penulis tertarik untuk meneliti PT Nagamas Packaging tentang bagaimana tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, kualitas produk, dan kepercayaan merek mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pelanggan. Penulis menyesuaikan karakteristik responden menurut pelanggan PT Nagamas Packaging yang merupakan pemilik usaha, dan perusahaan yang memiliki produk yang membutuhkan kemasan plastik dan membutuhkan kemasan menggunakan plastik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 170 pelanggan. Penulis akan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan mengambil sample dari pelanggan perusahaan. Uji-F menghasilkan nilai Sig. 0.000
