Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, technical skill, self-efficacy, dan social competence terhadap kinerja tenaga medis pada era pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatifndengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sensus pada penelitianaini adalah seluruh tenaga medis yang memberikan pelayanan padaapasien Covid-19 diaRumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan yang berjumlah 130 orang. Pengambilanasensus menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan didukung terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan didukung terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, technical skill berpengaruh positif dan didukung terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, self-efficacy mempunyai pengaruh positif dan didukung terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, social competence mempunyai pengaruh positif dan didukung terhadap kinerja tenaga medis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. Adapun implikasi penelitian ini bagi kinerja tenaga medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan adalah diperlukan evaluasi berkala terhadap faktor yang mempengaruhi beban kerja, stres kerja, technical skill, self-efficacy, dan social competence saat era pandemic Covid-19./ This study was to analyze the effect of workload, work stress, technical skill, self- efficacy, and social competence on the performance of medical personnel during the Covid-19 pandemic era. This research includes a quantitative descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. The census in this study included all medical personnel who provided services to Covid-19 patients at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan totaling 130 people. Taking a census using purposive sampling. Analysis and processing of data using SPSS with multiple linear regression method. The results showed that workload had a negative effect and was supported on the performance of medical personnel at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, work stress had a negative effect and was supported on the performance of medical personnel at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, technical skills had a positive effect and is supported on the performance of medical staff at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, self-efficacy has a positive influence and is supported on the performance of medical staff at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, social competence has a positive influence and is supported on the performance of staff medical at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan. The implications of this research for the performance of medical personnel at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sukajadi, Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan are that it requires regular evaluation of the factors that affect workload, work stress, technical skill, self-efficacy, and social competence during the Covid- 19 pandemic era.
