Abstract

The reduction in employee discipline at Klinik Atlantis Medan is a phenomenon that is evident in the daily rise in absenteeism among staff members. Klinik Atlantis Medan employees' average attendance has consistently fallen. Naturally, this situation will lower the quality of employee work and have an impact on how well Klinik Atlantis Medan serves its clients or patients. However, the performance of each human resource in it plays a big role in day to day operation at Klinik Atlantis Medan since the organization have the big responsibilities in providing the best health-care services for its local community. Primary and secondary data is used in this study, the questionnaires are distributed to the employees of Klinik Atlantis Medan. Data is measured by validity and reliability test. The sampling techniques used in this research is saturated sampling. The gathered data is analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software that the research model is being tested using normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and linearity test. The data also tested with multiple linear regression, coefficient of correlation and coefficient of determination. And the hypotheses tests are done with F-test, T-Test and the Sobel Test. The purpose of this study is to evaluate which between Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Job satisfaction has the greatest influence towards Employee Performance of Klinik Atlantis Medan and whether have significant influence. The current study has indicated that Work Discipline and Work Motivation partially and simultaneously are having significant influence towards Job Satisfaction. Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction partially are not having significant influence towards Employee Performance. In addition, Job Satisfaction partially have significant influence on Employee Performance. Thus, Work Discipline and Work Motivation through the mediation of Job Satisfaction are having significant influence towards Employee Performance. / Menurunnya disiplin pegawai di Klinik Atlantis Medan merupakan fenomena yang terlihat dari meningkatnya angka absensi pegawai setiap harinya. Kehadiran rata-rata karyawan Klinik Atlantis Medan terus menurun. Tentunya keadaan ini akan menurunkan kualitas kerja karyawan dan berdampak pada seberapa baik Klinik Atlantis Medan melayani klien atau pasiennya. Namun, kinerja dari masing-masing sumber daya manusia di dalamnya memainkan peran besar dalam operasi sehari-hari di Klinik Atlantis Medan karena organisasi memiliki tanggung jawab besar dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terbaik bagi masyarakat setempat. Data primer dan data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dimana kuesioner disebarkan kepada karyawan Klinik Atlantis Medan. Data diukur dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS 22.0 yang model penelitiannya diuji dengan uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas dan linieritas. Data juga diuji dengan regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi dan koefisien determinasi. Dan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan Uji F, Uji T dan Uji Sobel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi manakah antara Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Klinik Atlantis Medan dan apakah mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selain itu Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dengan demikian, Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja melalui Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
