Abstract

Employee performance is a very important factor in the progress of a company. Employee performance is an action taken by employees in carrying out the work given by the company. Because with good employee performance an organization can maintain its existence and support success in achieving the expected company goals. In every job, employees cannot be separated from communication and promotion, with superiors and with subordinates. Communication and promotion can be the right means of improving employee performance. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely all employees who work at PT Nusa Sarana Berkah. Data were obtained by using analysis of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Measurements were made by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, which were then tested for validity and reliability. After that, the distribution was carried out to 42 respondents and then an analysis was carried out. The results of this study have met the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Based on the hypothesis test, communication and job promotion affect employee performance at PT Nusa Sarana Berkah, either partially or simultaneously. Recommendations for companies are to provide direction or guidance to employees and there need to be improvements by paying attention to the selection of new employees so that employees can work better in completing tasks. / Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi kemajuan suatu perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu tindakan yang dilakukan karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan yang diberikan perusahaan. Karena dengan kinerja karyawan yang baik suatu organisasi dapat mempertahankan eksistensi dan menunjang keberhasilan dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan yang diharapkan. Setiap menjalankan pekerjaan, karyawan tidak lepas dari komunikasi dan promosi jabatan, dengan atasan dan dengan bawahan. Komunikasi dan promosi jabatan dapat menjadi sarana yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yaitu seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT Nusa Sarana Berkah. Data dioleh dengan menggunakan analisis validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 30 orang responden, yang kemudian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Setelah itu baru dilakukan penyebaran kepada 42 orang responden dan kemudian dilakukan analisis. Hasil penelitian ini telah memenuhi uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, komunikasi dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Nusa Sarana Berkah, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Rekomendasi untuk perusahaan adalah memberikan pengarahan atau bimbingan terhadap karyawan dan perlu ada perbaikan dengan memperhatikan seleksi karyawan yang baru sehingga karyawan dapat bekerja lebih baik dalam menyelesaikan tugas.
