In the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0, information technology, internet technology and production automation technology are used in an integrated manner in a Cyber Physical System (CPS), through this system physical mechanisms are controlled by computer-based algorithms that integrate with the internet and also in their use. Blockchain is a database storage system that contains transaction records called ledgers that are validated, managed, and distributed by computer networks around the world. Once the data is stored, the information cannot be deleted. The blockchain contains a verified record of every transaction that exists or has ever been made. There are several uses in blockchain technology, one of which is the Non-Fungible Token or commonly known as NFT. Keywords in NFT can be seen from Non-Fungible and Tokens. The discussion of this research will focus on how is the legal protection for non-Fungiable Token (NFT) buying and selling transactions in Indonesia?
