Abstract

Dengan etnis atau suku Batak ini memiliki keturunan yang menciptakan keharmonisan keluarga melalui marga. Meksipun marga ini tidak boleh menggunakan dengan bahan canda dengan orang Batak akan menyinggung. Oleh sebab itu, marga ini sangat penting bagi masyarakat Batak untuk mempersatukan persaudaraan atau menentukan status sosial di lingkungan. Memberi sumber informasi yang bersifat edukasi untuk masyarakat Indonesia supaya masyarakat dapat merasakan dari strereotipe terhadap orang Batak yang dikenal dengan sifat yang memiliki perilaku kasar dan licik harus mengubah pandangan atau perspektif oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Setelah penulis mengumpulkan data dan menganalisa data yang didapatkan dengan metode pendekatan etnografi. Penulis yang memfokuskan observasi pada suatu masyarakat yang memperhatikan dari pekerjaan, budaya dan aspek masyarakat. Menurut Emzir (2011:143), etnografi adalah suatu bentuk penelitian yang berfokus pada makna sosiologi melalui observasi lapangan tertutup dari fenomena sosiokultural. Maka penulis mendapat konsep akan mulai proses rancangan akan pengaplikasikan gaya penyutradaraan ekspositori pada perancangan film dokumenter ini. Dapat memperlihatkan sejarah suku dan budaya Batak di Indonesia dan juga memperlihatkan filosofi budaya Batak yang menjadi orang sukses dalam beberapa profesi tertentu. Akan membangun kesadaran oleh masyarakat Indonesia mengenai stereotipe terhadap orang Batak yang menjadi profesi pengacara. Dengan menyampaikan pesan dan moral dari masyarakat Indonesia melalui narasi menjadi pusat perhatian terhadap suku dan budaya Batak akan memperkenalkan suku dan budaya Batak mejadi sebuah inspirasi untuk orang yang ingin sukses di kehidupan masing-masing yang dapat pegang dengan sebuah filosofinya yang sedang menentukan karir di masa depan. Even though this clan should not be used with joking material with Batak people it will be offensive. Therefore, this clan is very important for the Batak community to unite brotherhood or determine social status in the environment. Providing a source of information that is educational in nature for the Indonesianpeople so that people can feel from the stereotype of Batak people who are known for having rude and cunning behavior must change the view or perspective by the Indonesian people. After the author collects data and analyzes the data obtained using the ethnographic approach method. Authors who focus on observing a society that pays attention to work, culture and aspects of society. According to Emzir (2011:143), ethnography is a form of research that focuses on the meaning of sociology through closed field observations of sociocultural phenomena. So the author gets the concept of starting the design process will apply the expository directing style to the design of this documentary film. It can show the history of Batak ethnicity and culture in Indonesia and also show the philosophy of Batak culture that becomes a successful person in certain professions. Will build awareness by the Indonesian people about stereotypes against Batak people who become lawyers. By conveying messages and morals from the Indonesian people through narration, the center of attention to the Batak tribe and culture will introduce the Batak tribe and culture to be an inspiration for people who want to succeed in their respective lives who can hold on to a philosophy that is determining a career in the future.
