Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi akses keuangan, efikasi diri, dan sikap kewirausahaan secara langsung terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan, dan secara tidak langsung melalui kemampuan berwirausaha. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 190 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa S1 dari berbagai jurusan yang telah berkuliah minimal satu tahun di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi akses keuangan, efikasi diri, dan sikap kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berwirausaha. Persepsi akses keuangan tidak signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, namun efikasi diri dan sikap kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Persepsi akses keuangan, efikasi diri, dan sikap kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha yang dimediasi oleh kemampuan berwirausaha. Kemampuan berwirausaha memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha / This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived access to finance, self-efficacy, and attitude toward entrepreneurship directly on the entrepreneurial intention of Pelita Harapan University students, and indirectly through entrepreneurial ability. The subjects of this study were 190 respondents who were undergraduate students from various majors who had studied for at least one year at Pelita Harapan University. The research method used is quantitative research by taking samples using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS application version 3.2.9. The results of this study indicate that perceived access to finance, self-efficacy, and attitude toward entrepreneurship has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial ability. Perceived access to finance is not significant to entrepreneurial intention, but self-efficacy and attitude toward entrepreneurship have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Perceived access to finance, self-efficacy, and attitude toward entrepreneurship has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention mediated by entrepreneurial ability. The entrepreneurial ability has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention.
