Abstract

Seiring dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi, sistem kerja dalam suatu organisasi kerap mengalami perubahan. Untuk dapat menghadapi perubahan tersebut, organisasi perlu memiliki karyawan dengan kemampuan yang kompeten, efektif, dan adaptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh 1) pembelajaran organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) pembelajaran organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional, 3) pembelajaran organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan 5) komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di PT. XYZ sebagai tempat penelitian. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner melalui skala likert yang disebarkan secara online. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik non- probability sampling dan karyawan tetap PT.XYZ dengan masa kerja lebih dari 1 tahun menjadi responden dari penelitian. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 152 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan serta adanya hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memiliki hubungan erat dengan kinerja karyawan; mampu digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan maupun institusi lainnya dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bermanfaat dalam menerapkan kebijakan sistem pembelajaran di organisasi. / Along with technological advances, the work system in an organization often changes. To be able to deal with these changes, organizations need to have employees with competent, effective, and adaptive capabilities. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of 1) organizational learning on job satisfaction, 2) organizational learning on organizational commitment, 3) organizational learning on employee performance, 4) job satisfaction on employee performance and 5) organizational commitment on employee performance. This research is a quantitative research by taking the research location at PT. XYZ as a research site. The measuring tool used is a questionnaire via a likert scale which is distributed online. The data collection technique used a non-probability sampling technique and PT. XYZ permanent employees with more than 1 year of service became respondents to the study. The number of samples used was 152 respondents. The data analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 application. The findings of this study indicate that organizational learning has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee performance and there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance. This study has a close relationship with employee performance; able to be used as material considerations for companies and other institutions in improving employee performance. This research is useful in implementing learning system policies in organizations.
