Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovative work behaviour dengan job crafting sebagai mediasi dan knowledge sharing sebagai moderasi pada manajerial Hotel XYZ. Innovative work behaviour dianggap penting bagi organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingan dan perubahan yang terjadi, seperti yang dilakukan pada Hotel XYZ ketika menghadapi pandemi covid-19 yang dimana menyebabkan menurunnya perekonomian Indonesia, namu Hotel XYZ mampu untuk bertahan dengan segenap inovasi yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan Hotel XYZ sebagai pengumpulan data. Responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Dalam pengujiannya, penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS 4.0.9.1. Adapun temuan dari penelitian ini yaitu transformational leadership tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap innovative work behaviour. Namun, job crafting dapat memberikan pengaruh positif kepada innovative work behaviou begitu juga dengan perannya sebagai mediasi terhadap pengaruh transformational leadership pada innovative work behaviour. Adapun peran knowledge sharing sebagai moderasi yang mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap hubungan transformational leadership dan innovative work behaviour. Implikasi manajerial diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan terhadap Hotel XYZ untuk dapat meningkatkan innovative work behaviour pada karyawan. / The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior with job crafting as mediation and knowledge sharing as moderation in Hotel XYZ managerial. Innovative work behavior is considered important for organizations in the face of competition and changes that occur, as was done at Hotel XYZ when facing the co-19 pandemic which caused a decline in the Indonesian economy, but Hotel XYZ was able to survive with all the innovations made. This research uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires to XYZ Hotel employees as data collection. The respondents used in this study amounted to 30 people using the saturate sampling technique. This research uses Smart PLS 4.0.9.1. The findings of this study are transformational leadership does not have a positive influence on innovative work behavior. However, job crafting can have a positive influence on innovative work behavior as well as its role as a mediator of the influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior. The role of knowledge sharing as moderation is able to influence the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. Managerial implications are expected to be input to Hotel XYZ to be able to increase innovative work behavior in employees.
