Abstract

Secara umum Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara adalah dinas yang menangani hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kehutanan baik dalam melestarikan, menjaga, atau mengamankan hutan. Adapun gaya kepemimpinan yang dihasilkan oleh pemimpin dari Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara akan berbeda-beda terhadap masing-masing bidang karena setiap bidang mempunyai sistem kerja yang berbeda. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Manado. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu para responden yang berumur mulai dari 18-57 tahun yang berjumlah 90 responden. Untuk pengolahan data dan penganalisaan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) dengan software untuk mengolah data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa statistical product and service solutions (SPSS) dengan software 22.0 sebagai software untuk mengolah data. Temuan empiris tersebut mengidentifikasikan bahwa hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -0,075. Gaya Kepemimpinan Otokratis memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,476. Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,590. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Gaya Kepemimpinan Otokratis, dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Partisipatif memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,990 / In general, Dinas Kehutanan Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Manado is an agency that deals with forestry-related matters both in conserving, safeguarding, or securing forests. The leadership style produced by leaders from the North Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Office will vary with each fields because each field has a different work system. This study is aimed to find out how the influence of leadership style on employee performance in the North Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Service, Manado. The sample used in this study is the respondents ranging in age from 18-57 years totaling 90 respondents. For data processing and analyzing data in this study, using statistical products and service solutions (SPSS) with software to process data. The results of the analysis show that statistical products and service solutions (SPSS) with software 22.0 as software for processing data. The empirical findings identify that the relationship between the Democratic Leadership Style has an effect on Employee Performance with a regression coefficient of -0.075. Autocratic leadership style has an influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.476. Participatory Leadership Style has an influence on Employee Performance with a regression coefficient of 0.590. Democratic Leadership Style, Autocratic Leadership Style, and Participatory Leadership Style have an influence on Employee Performance with a regression coefficient of 0.990
