Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin menguji Interaksi Leadership Style dengan Innovative Work Behavior, Organizational Culture, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior atas Carsome Puri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling yaitu para pekerja yang ada di Carsome Puri indah. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar dengan menggunakan kuesioner elektronik google form. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan ada sebanyak 220 responden yang mengisi dengan valid selama 2 bulan dari bulan februari ke bulan maret 2023. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan alat uji software SmartPLS. Penelitian ini menguji validitas dari indikator, reliabilitas variabel serta menguji bentuk model penelitian dengan R2, Q2, dan rms tetha. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Laissiez- Faire Leadership tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, dan Organizational Citizen Behavior tidak memoderasi hubungan antara transformasional dan transaksional leadership dengan hubungan dengan innovative work behavior. Sedangkan Transformational Leadership dan Transactional Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Dan Organizational Culture menjadi mediasi antara hubungan transformational dan transaksional leadership style terhadap innovative work behavior. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman pekerja Carsome Puri indah akan memberi penilaian tersendiri bagi para pimpinan di carsome dalam proses memimpin, dan kepada pekerja lainnya tehadap sistem kepemimpinan di Carsome Puri
