Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) memiliki peran penting sebagai potensi penggerak seluruh aktivitas perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan harus bisa menjaga, memelihara dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerja SDM yang dimiliki. Demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi, pegawai memerlukan motivasi untuk bekerja lebih rajin dan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Karyawan memiliki motivasi berbeda ketika mereka berada pada profit yang berbeda. Self Determination Theory adalah teori yang mempelajari tentang motivasi manusia. setiap pegawai negeri sipil Kabupaten Halmahera Barat sangat memerlukan adanya motivasi. Motivasi akan mengarah kepada perilaku dan dapat memberikan efek positif dalam pelaksanaan kerja pegawai dalam pencapain target kerja organisasi. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh faktor-faktor Motivasi (Self Determination) terhadap Proactive Behavior pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kabupaten Halmahera Barat. Analisa dilakukan melalui faktor-faktor motivasi (Self Determination) yaitu Amotivasi, Extrinsik Motivasi yang terdiri dari Extrinsic Social, Material, Introjected Regulation, Identified Regulation, dan Intrinsik Motivasi. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pada laki-laki dan perempuan berusia 18-55 tahun yang bekerja sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat sejumlah 200 responden. Untuk pengolahan dan analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan SPSS sebagai software dalam mengolah data. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Statistic product and service solution (SPSS) dengan versi 22.0 sebagai software dalam mengolah data. Temuan empiris tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa hubungan faktor-faktor motivasi (Self Determination) memiliki pengaruh positif dan negatif terhadap Perilaku proaktif. Dalam penelitian ini hanya ada dua variabel yang Hipotesisnya diterima dan menjadi fokus dalam memberikan pengaruh pada perilaku proaktif. Dua variable tersebut adalah variable Introjected Regulation dengan koefisien regresi 0,242 berpengaruh positif dan t sig. sebesar 0,003 < 0,05, dan Identified Regulation berpengaruh Positif terhadap perilaku Proaktif dengan koefisien regresi 0,221 dan t sig. 0,023 < t sig. 0,05. Sedangkan empat variable lainnya ditolak dengan total sig. sebagai berikut berikut: Amotivation hipotesis ditolak dengan t sig. sebesar 0,224 > 0,05, Extrinsic Social dengan t sig. 0,126 > 0,05, Extrinsic Material dengan t sig. sebesar 0,535 > 0,05, dan Intrinsic Motivation dengan t sig. sebesar 0,185 > 0,05 / Human resources (HR) have an important role as potential drivers of all company activities. Every company must be able to maintain, maintain and improve the quality of its HR performance. In order to achieve organizational goals, employees need motivation to work more diligently and can improve their performance. Employees have different motivations when they are at a different profit. Self Determination Theory is a theory that studies human motivation. every civil servant in West Halmahera Regency really needs motivation. Motivation will lead to behavior and can have a positive effect on the implementation of employee work in achieving organizational work targets. This study is intended to analyze the influence of Motivation (Self Determination) factors on Proactive Behavior in Civil Servants in West Halmahera Regency. The analysis is carried out through motivational factors (Self Determination) namely Amotivation, Extrinsic Motivation which consists of Extrinsic Social, Material, Introjected Regulation, Identified Regulation, and Intrinsic Motivation. The sample used in this study was in men and women aged 18-55 years who worked as Civil Servants in West Halmahera District with 200 respondents. For processing and analyzing data in this research, that is by using SPSS as software in processing data. The results of the analysis show that the product and service solution statistics (SPSS) with version 22.0 are software for processing data. The empirical findings indicate that the relationship of motivational factors (Self Determination) has a positive and negative influence on proactive behavior. In this study there were only two variables whose hypotheses were accepted and became the focus in influencing proactive behavior. These two variables are Introjected Regulation variables with regression coefficients of 0.242 positive and t sig. amounting to 0.003 <0.05, and Identified Regulation has a positive effect on Proactive behavior with regression coefficients of 0.221 and tig. 0.023 <t sig. 0.05. While the other four variables are rejected with total sig. as follows: Amotivation hypothesis is rejected by t sig. amounting to 0.224> 0.05, Extrinsic Social with t sig. 0.126> 0.05, Extrinsic Material with tig. amounting to 0.535> 0.05, and Intrinsic Motivation with t sig. amounting to 0.185> 0.05
