Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi continuance usage intention pada pengguna aplikasi kesehatan Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik non-probabilitas yaitu metode purposive sampling, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna aplikasi kesehatan, dengan sampel sebanyak 118 responden. Pengolahan data dengan metode PLS-SEM di perangkat SmartPLS 4.0.9.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak positif dan signifikan ditemukan pada hubungan antar variabel kecuali perceived ease of use terhadap perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use terhadap attitude, dan satisfaction terhadap continuance usage intention. Pengaruh terbesar ditemukan pada attitude terhadap continuance usage intention (0.357). Implikasi manajerial bagi pengembangan inovasi untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan keminatan pengguna aplikasi kesehatan dengan pengenalan dan promosi penggunaan aplikasi kesehatan yang menguntungkan untuk kehidupan sehari-hari./This study aims to test and analyse the antecedents of continuance usage intention on health application users. The method used in this study is purposive sampling. Targeted population are health applications user, with the total number of 118 samples. Statistical results are analysed with PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 4.0.9.1. The result of the study showed positive and significant effects except perceived ease of use-perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use-attitude, and satisfaction-continuance usage intention. The strongest influence was shown by attitude towards continuance usage intention (0.357). From the findings of this study, it is needed to motivate innovation for ensuring user’s intention on continuance usage behaviour, such as promoting the role of health application as a positive experience for daily life uses.
