Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh akan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik dan kinerja keuangan terhadap kesulitan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar pada BEI tahun 2011 – 2021. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian hipotesis yang menjelaskan pengaruh akan kepemilikan institusional, rasio likuiditas dengan proksi current ratio, ratio laverage dengan proksi debt ratio, ratio profitabilitas dengan proksi net profit margin dan ukuran perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 247 perusahaan manufaktur dimana data sudah lengkap. Pada penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa variabel independent kepemilikan institusional, current ratio, debt ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh pada variabel dependen pada kesulitan keuangan dan variabel kontrol ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh pada variabel dependen pada kesulitan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. / This study analyzes the influence of good corporate governance and financial performance against financial difficulties in manufacturing companies that registered on the IDX in 2011 - 2021. In this study a hypothesis was tested which explained the effect of institutional ownership, ratio liquidity by proxy current ratio, leverage ratio by proxy debt ratio, profitability ratio by proxy net profit margin and company size. This study uses 247 manufacturing companies where the data is complete. In this study, the results show that the independent variable is ownership institutional, current ratio, debt ratio and net profit margin have an effect on the dependent variable on financial difficulties while the control variable company size have an effect on the dependent variable on financial difficulties in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX.
