Abstract

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN IKLIM ETIS KERJA YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH DEVIANCE WORKPLACE BEHAVIOR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT BANK XYZ Untuk menciptakan kondisi yang kondusif dan efisien, setiap perusahaan memiliki suatu sistem aturan kerja yang mengikat, sehingga perusahaan menungkinkan untuk bertindak tegas terhadap karyawan yang tidak disiplin pada aturan yang berlaku di perusahaan tersebut. Berbagai ahli berpendapat bahwa krisis etika dapat merusak kekuatan dan kompetitif suatu perusahaan. Perilaku tidak etis yang dilakukan oleh karyawan pada semua tingkat organisasi dapat mengganggu kinerja perusahaan, terutama perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajer pada level yang lebih tinggi (Rogojan, 2009). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Deviance Workpalce Behavior, pengaruh Iklim Etis Kerja terhadap Deviance Workpalce Behavior, pengaruh Iklim Etis Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh Deviance Workpalce Behavior terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, pengaruh Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui mediasi Deviance Workpalce Behavior dan pnegaruh Iklim Etis Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui mediasi Deviance Workpalce Behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantutatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Bank XYZ Divisi Credit Operation dengan masa bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Kata Kunci : manajemen sdm. budaya organisasi, iklim etis kerja, kinerja karyawan, deviance workplace behavior./THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND ETHICAL CLIMATE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH DEVIANCE WORKPLACE BEHAVIOUR AS A MEDIATION AT PT XYZ Each company has a system of binding work regulations for favorable and efficient working circumstances, so that the company can act decisively against employees who are not disciplined in the rules that apply in that company. Various analysts think that an ethical issue can harm a company's strength and competitiveness. Unethical behavior by employees at all levels of the firm, particularly Deviance workplace behaviorby higher-level managers, might impede company success (Rogojan, 2009). The goal of this study was to determine the impact of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, the impact of Organizational Culture on Deviance Workplace Behavior, the impact of Work Ethical Climate on Deviance Workplace Behavior, the impact of Work Ethical Climate on Employee Performance, and the impact of Work Ethical Climate on Employee Performance, The impact of Deviance Workplace Behavior on Employee Performance; the impact of Organizational Culture on Performance. Employee Performance via Mediation of Deviance Workplace Behavior and the Effect of Work Ethical Climate on Employee Performance through Mediation of Deviance Workplace Behavior? This is a quantitative study. Employees of PT Bank XYZ Credit Operations Division with at least one year of service comprised the population in this study. A questionnaire was utilized to obtain the data. The data analysis technique employed is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
