Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menargetkan pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 2017 mencapai 5,1 persen, sama seperti capaian pada tahun 2016. Terkait hal ini, kepala ekonomi PT Bank Central Asia Tbk David Sumual mengatakan, jika pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia mau didorong lebih kencang, maka angka yang di peroleh maksimalnya adalah 5,3 persen. Menurut David, jika pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia ingin lebih di kejar hingga mencapai 6 persen, maka hal ini tidaklah sangat mudah dan memerlukan waktu yang banyak. Karena pentingnya di pusat kebugaran, sejumlah penulis telah mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis loyalitas. Namun, dua karakteristik yang belum diperiksa adalah kenyamanan layanan di rantai pusat kebugaran dan pusat kebugaran murah (model bisnis yang baru muncul).. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan AMOS. Populasi yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari Mcdonald di Surabaya yang terdiri dari pria dan wanita berumur 18-60 tahundimana usia tersebut merupakan masa dewasa dini (Kotler dan Armstrong, 2010), melakukan pembelian makanan di Mcdonald surabaya dalam waktu enam bulan terakhir. Diasumsikan bahwa konsumen memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai layanan maupun sistem yang telah disediakan oleh Mcdonald sehingga dapat memunculkan Future Intention. Selain itu, dalam usia tersebut dapat diasumsikan dapat berpikir secara baik dalam mengisi kuesioner,sehingga data yang diperoleh valid. Teknik estimasi maximum likelihood mensyaratkan untuk dipenuhinya asumsi normalitas. Syarat dipenuhinya asumsi normalitas adalah dengan menggunakan nilai critical ratio (C.R.) sebesar 2,58 pada tingkat signifikansi 1%. Hal ini berarti bila dalam tabel penilaian normalitas, nilai C.R. berada diluar kisaran 2,58, maka normalitas tidak terpenuhi (Ferdinand, 2002). Pengujian normalitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah sebaran data memenuhi asumsi normalitas. Bila data dinyatakan telah memenuhi syarat normalitas maka data tersebut dapat diolah lebih lanjut menggunakan permodelan SEM. Tabel 4.19 menunjukkan bahwa nilai pada kolom C.R. untuk masing-masing data berada dalam range -2,58 sampai dengan +2,58 / The Government of Indonesia targets economic growth in 2017 to reach 5.1 percent, the same as the achievement in 2016. This research is a causal research. The research method used is quantitative method with data processing using AMOS. The population to be used in this study were consumers from McDonald's in Surabaya, consisting of men and women aged 18-60 years old, which was an early adulthood (Kotler and Armstrong, 2010), purchasing food at Mcdonald Surabaya within the last six months. It is assumed that the consumer has a good knowledge of the services and systems provided by Mcdonald so as to bring up the Future Intention. In addition, in that age can be assumed to think well in filling the questionnaire, so the data obtained is valid.2.58, then normality is not met (Ferdinand, 2002). Normality testing is done to find out whether the data distribution meets the assumption of normality. If the data otherwise has met the requirements of normality then the data can be further processed using SEM modeling.2,58 at 1% significance level. This means that if in the assessment table for normality, the value of C.R. are outside the range of The maximum likelihood estimation technique requires the assumption of normality. The requirement of normality assumption is to use the critical ratio (C.R.) value of Table 4.19 shows that the values in column C.R. for each data is in the range of -2.58 to +2.58
