Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara profitabilitas,likuiditas, dan debt to equity terhadap nilai perusahaan yang terdaftar pada perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2021. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini ialah profitabilitas (ROE), likuiditas (CR), dan debt to equity (DER). Sementara itu, variabel dependennya ialah nilai perusahaan yang dihitung menggunakan Price to Book Value (PBV). Sampel yang penelitian ini gunakan merupakan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan dan S&P Capital IQ sebanyak 210 data. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan sampelnya adalah metode purposive sampling dan dilakukan uji regresi berganda menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PBV, CR tidak berpengaruh terhadap PBV dan DER berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PBV. / This study aims to analyze the influence between profitability, liquidity, and debt to equity on the firm value of companies listed on manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The independent variables in this study are profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), and debt to equity (DER). Meanwhile, the dependent variable is firm value which is calculated using Price to Book Value (PBV). The sample used is secondary data from financial reports and S&P Capital IQ as much as 210 data. The technique used in collecting the sample is the method purposive sampling and performed multiple regression tests using Eviews 12. The results of this study indicate that ROE has a positive and significant effect on PBV, CR has no effect on PBV, and DER has a negative and significant effect on PBV.
