Abstract

Media sosial berfungsi sebagai label yang merujuk pada teknologi digital dengan potensi membuat orang saling terhubung. Instagram merupakan salah satu alat media sosial untuk memberikan informasi dan bertukar opini melalui aplikasi. Kegiatan magang ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari kegiatan pembuatan konten pada divisi pemasaran TAG dalam mempublikasikan konten media sosial TAG, terlibat dalam penulisan konten yang dibuat oleh tim media sosial TAG untuk dipublikasikan, dan aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan divisi pemasaran TAG untuk membuat suatu konten media sosial. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Agustus 2022 hingga 31 Mei 2023, setiap hari Senin sampai Jumat pukul 09.00 sampai 17.00 WIB di RDW Center Jakarta Selatan. Pemagang ditempatkan di divisi pemasaran dan bertugas mengelola akun instagram TAG. Dari kegiatan magang yang telah dilakukan, pemagang telah memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang aktivitas dan peran media sosial untuk meningkatkan citra TAG. Social Media Specialist telah menjalankan tugas dengan baik dengan meningkatkan citra perusahaan. TAG berhasil menyampaikan pesan yang ingin diberikan yaitu image positif perusahaan dengan adanya feedback positif dari audiens dan kegiatan CSR seperti kegiatan sosial setiap hari jumat. TAG juga memberikan pengalaman baik bagi para karyawannya. Kredibilitas TAG masih terus dibangun dan dikembangkan, begitupun konten yang diunggah akan memberikan daya tarik tersendiri. / Social media serves as a label that refers to digital technologies with the potential to connect people. Instagram is a social media tool for providing information and exchanging opinions through applications. This internship activity aims to study content creation activities in the TAG marketing division in publishing TAG social media content, be involved in writing content created by the TAG social media team for publication, and actively participate in TAG marketing division activities to create social media content. The internship will be held from 8 August 2022 to 31 May 2023, every Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 17.00 WIB at the South Jakarta RDW Center. The intern is placed in the marketing division and is in charge of managing TAG's Instagram account. From the internship activities that have been carried out, interns have gained a deep understanding of the activities and role of social media to enhance TAG's image. The Social Media Specialist has done a good job of enhancing the company's image. TAG succeeded in conveying the message it wanted to convey, namely a positive image of the company with positive feedback from the audience and CSR activities such as social activities every Friday. TAG also provides a good experience for its employees. TAG's credibility is still being built and developed, as well as uploaded content which will provide its own charm.
