Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan komunikasi yang digunakan untuk menjalin hubungan secara lebih intim dengan lawan bicara. Bentuk komunikasi ini digunakan oleh para individu untuk dapat memperoleh jalinan komunikasi yang lebih kuat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi komunikasi interperosonal antara Barberman dan pelanggan dalam menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori pertukaran sosial yang menjelaskan mengenai adanya pertukaran komunikasi antara satu individu dengan yang lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan kualitatif menggunakan wawancara kepada 3 barberman dan 3 pelanggan. Hasil membuktikan bahwa strategi komunikasi interpersonal yang digunakan barberman kepada pelanggan adalah personal attachment dimana kedekatan personal antara barberman dengan pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa adanya komunikasi interpersonal yang diberikan dengan mempertimbangkan pelayanan yang memuaskan memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan untuk dapat lebih terbuka dan menceritakan kehidupannya/Interpersonal communication is communication that is used to establish a more intimate relationship with the interlocutor. This form of communication is used by individuals to be able to obtain stronger communication links. The purpose of this study is to analyze the interperosonal communication strategy between Barberman and customers in creating customer satisfaction. The theory used in this research is social exchange theory which explains the exchange of communication between one individual and another. The method used in this research is qualitative using interviews with 3 barberman and 3 customers. The results prove that the interpersonal communication strategy used by barberman to customers is personal attachment where personal closeness between barberman and customers shows that the interpersonal communication provided by considering satisfactory service makes it easy for customers to be more open and tell their lives.
