Abstract

Saat ini beberapa perusahaan telah melakukan serangkaian perubahan terkait Covid-19 salah satunya adalah meningkatnya aktivitas remote working atau kolaborasi. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh remote working terhadap workplace wellbeing dimediasi oleh work-family conflict yang dimoderasi oleh general self-efficacy dan job autonomy selama pandemi Covid-19 Di Jabodetabek. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden yang diambil dengan metode nonprobability sampling dengan jenis pendekatan purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner secara online menggunakan Google Form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu SEMPLS dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work-family conflict berpengaruh signifikan terhadap workplace wellbeing, remote working berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work-family conflict, work-family conflict memediasi secara signifikan pada remote working terhadap workplace wellbeing, general self-efficacy dan job autonomy memoderasi secara signifikan pengaruh remote working terhadap work-family conflict./Currently, several companies have made a series of changes related to Covid-19, including an increase in remote working or collaboration activities. This study aims to investigate how remote working influences workplace wellbeing, mediated by work-family conflict and moderated by general self-efficacy and job autonomy during the Covid-19 pandemic in Jabodetabek. The study uses a quantitative method, with a sample size of 200 respondents taken using nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. The research data is collected through an online questionnaire using Google Form. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEMPLS, using SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of the study indicate that work-family conflict significantly affects workplace wellbeing, remote working significantly affects work-family conflict, work-family conflict significantly mediates the effect of remote working on workplace wellbeing, and general self-efficacy and job autonomy significantly moderate the impact of remote working on work-family conflict.
