Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan main course melalui variabel freshness, presentation, well cooked, dan variety of food terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Palm Café Aryaduta Lippo Village. Jenis penelitian ini adalah replikasi dan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis validitas dari data dan realibilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel kualitas makanan secara parsial dan simultan hanya dua variabel yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan diantaranya variabel well-cooked dan variabel variety of food. Sedangkan dua variabel sisanya seperti variabel freshness dan variabel presentation memiliki pengaruh yang posistif tetapi tidak signifikan. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dari keempat variabel ini adalah variabel well-cooked Kata kunci: kualitas makanan dan kepuasan konsumen/ ABSTRACT This research was conducted to analyze the influence of main course food quality through variables which were freshness, presentation, well-cooked, and variety of food on customer satisfaction at Palm Café Aryaduta Lippo Village. This type of research is replication and quantitative by using validity analysis techniques and reliability from data. The result showed that partially and simultaneously just two variables that is well-cooked variable and variety of food. While the other two variables, such as the freshness variable and the presentation variables, have a positive effect but not significant. From the four variables, the variables that has the most dominant influence is the well-cooked variable Keywords: Food quality and consumer satisfaction
