Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari dan menganalisa faktor – faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi intensi penggunaan berkelanjutan pada bidang konsultasi medis online. Model penelitian ini dimodifikasi dari penelitian terdahulu dan dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan survei. Data diperoleh dari wanita usia produktif yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi konsultasi medis online, Halodoc. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kuesioner, dengan data cross-sectional. Data responden diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Diperoleh 202 partisipan yang telah memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis dengan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat lima antesenden yang memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada Online Medical Consultation Service. Antesenden yang layak diperhatikan adalah Helpfulness Trust, Perceived Benefit, Reliability Trust, dimana faktor-faktor tersebut menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap Online Medical Consultation Service. Ditemukan juga faktor yang dapat membuat pengguna lebih mempertimbangkan ataupun berhati-hati dalam menggunakan aplikasi konsultasi medis online seperti faktor Performance Risk dan Privacy Risk. Dari temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat faktor-faktor yang mungkin perlu diperhatikan oleh penyedia layanan konsultasi medis online agar dapat mempertahankan atau bahkan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. / The purpose of this study is to find and analyze factors that can affect Intention to Recommend in online medical consultation field. The research model is adapted from a previous study and then modified. Data were collected from women that are in productive age and who have ever used the online medical consultation application, Halodoc. The research’s method is a quantitative survey, with cross-sectional data. Respondents’ data were taken by purposive sampling and questionnaires were distributed online. As many as 202 participants have fulfilled the requirements to be analyzed with PLS-SEM. The results showed that five antecedents had a significant influence on Intention to Recommend. Antecedents that were worth were Helpfulness Trust, Perceived Benefit, and Reliability Trust, where these variables show a positive factors on Online Medical Consultation Service. Factors were also found that could make users more considerate or careful in using online medical consultation applications such as Performance Risk and Privacy Risk factors. From the findings of this study, it can be concluded that there are factors that may need to be considered by online medical consultation service providers to maintain or even to better their quality of care.
