Abstract

Based on data from the preliminary study results, students of class XI IPA 1 SMA Dian Harapan are still inadequate in the three important competencies of 21st century students, namely critical thinking skills, creative and collaboration. This study aims to develop these three competencies. The method used is Classroom Action Research with three cycles consisting of planning, observation, action and reflection stages. The research subjects consisted of 25 students. The instrument used is an assessment rubric with the results of the research showing that there is a development of critical and creative thinking skills as well as collaboration. The average value of critical thinking in cycle one was 69.33, cycle two was 78.33 and in cycle three was 86.46. The N-Gain from cycle one to cycle two is 0.3, and the N-Gain from cycle two to cycle three is 0.3 where both N- Gains are moderate. The average value of creative thinking in cycle one is 65.33, cycle two is 80.33 and in cycle three is 86.81. The N-Gain from cycle one to cycle two was 0.4 and was classified as moderate, the N-Gain from cycle two to cycle three was 0.3 which was classified as moderate. The average value of collaboration in cycle one is 73.00, in cycle two is 80.67 and cycle three is 90.97. The N-Gain from cycle one to cycle two is 0.4 and is classified as moderate and from cycle two to cycle three is 0.3 which is moderate. / Berdasarkan data hasil studi pendahuluan, siswa kelas XI IPA 1 SMA Dian Harapan masih kurang andal dalam ketiga kompetensi penting siswa abad 21 yaitu keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreatif, serta kolaborasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ketiga kompetensi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tiga siklus yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, observasi, tindakan dan reffleksi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 25 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu rubrik penilaian dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi perkembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif serta kolaborasi. Nilai rata-rata berpikir kritis pada siklus satu adalah 69.33, siklus dua 78.33 dan di siklus tiga 86.46. N-Gain siklus satu ke siklus dua yaitu 0.3, dan N-Gain siklus dua ke siklus tiga adalah 0.3 dimana kedua N-Gain tergolong sedang. Nilai rata-rata berpikir kreatif pada siklus satu yaitu 65.33, siklus dua 80.33 dan di siklus tiga 86.81. N-Gain siklus satu ke siklus dua sebesar 0.4 dan tergolong sedang, N-Gain siklus dua ke siklus tiga adalah 0.3 yang tergolong sedang. Nilai rata-rata kolaborasi siklus satu yaitu 73.00, di siklus dua 80.67 dan siklus tiga 90.97. N-Gain siklus satu ke siklus dua adalah 0.4 dan tergolong sedang dan dari siklus dua ke siklus tiga yaitu 0.3 yang tergolong sedang.
