Abstract

This internship report is made in order to know the real world of work through the internship that has been conducted at PT Fireworks Indonesia as a project executive. The activities that has been done during internship is managing an event conference named Indonesia International Palm Oil Conference (IIPOC) 2017 by offering the proposal of this event to many companies The purpose of this internship report is to elaborate the event's main theme, which is "RESPONSE TO THE EUROPEAN PALM OIL RESOLUTION" that has become an issue recently. The conclusion of this internship is stating that there is nothing wrong with the palm oil itself. What is wrong is the forbidden practices that exist in the palm oil industry. Besides, as the second largest consumer of palm oil, European Union also will have the impact. They have to find substitute commodities to fulfill the need of its people, and it certainly takes time.
