Abstract
The success of a new branch for a small business heavily depends on the performance of the salesperson in the company. Argawal, founder of Moonka Auto fully understand this predicament and poised to recruit new talented salesperson. For recruitment, Moonka Auto will focus on employee referral and advertising, followed by quick application processing and quick telephone interview by selected employee. The candidate then willgo throguh panel interview by a team of his best salesperson, Kumar, Prasad, and Sharma. The recruitment process then will be finished with the final interview by Argawal himself. The new salesperson recruited by Moonka Auto need not only fulfill their job description, but they need to understand marketing, especially factor of integrated marketing communications. Those factors include advertising, sales promotion, direct mail, event, and personal selling. These factors are crucial in the success of the new showroom. The candidate must especially be good in personal selling and understand and apply the AIDAS (Attraction-Interest-Desire-Action- Satisfaction) theory when doing their task.
