Abstract

Peran penting teknologi informasi dapat dilihat dari berbagai manfaat yang diberikan oleh produk teknologi informasi. Produk teknologi sangat membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan aktivitas disebabkan produk teknologi informasi menawarkan kemudahan, kepraktisan, dan kecepatan dalam melakukan aktvitas. Tidak mengherankan jika dari tahun ke tahun pengguna teknologi informasi terus meningkat disebabkan adanya keterikatan minat masyarakat terhadap teknologi informasi. Penggunaan teknologi informasi yang semakin banyak dan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat memberikan peluang bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan serta meluncurkan produk-produk teknologi informasi baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Maka dari itu, untuk meningkatkan penggunaan nyata dari konsumen perlu memperhatikan kemudahan dan kegunaan dari teknologi informasi. Dalam hal ini, First Media yang merupakan salah satu perusahaan teknologi informasi di Indonesia juga perlu memperhatikan hal ini meskipun telah banyak masyarakat yang menggunakannya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisa pengaruh dari actual usage melalui variabel behavioral intention dan Attitude Toward Using dari pelanggan First Media di Surabaya. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan di bidang manajemen, dalam hal ini yang berhubungan dengan variabel design portal, e-resources organizational, user abilities and skills, perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioural intention, dan actual usage yang pada akhirnya akan membentuk kesuksesan dari perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 22.0. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sampel yang telah dijelaskan. Kuesioner akan disebar sebanyak 200 responden dengan karakteristik yang merupakan pelanggan First Media yang berusia 18-60 tahun dan menggunakan First Media selama tiga bulan berturut-turut dalam satu tahun terakhir serta berdomisili di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa design portal dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.284, e-resources organizational dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.128, dan perceived ease of use dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.384 secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi perceived usefulness. Sedangkan variabel user abilities and skills dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.046 secara positif dan tidak signifikan mempengaruhi perceived usefulness. Variabel design portal dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.358, e-resources organizational dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.186, dan user abilities and skills dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.367 secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi perceived ease of use. Variabel perceived usefulness dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.424 dan perceived ease of use dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.451 secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi attitude toward using. Variabel perceived usefulness dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.155 dan attitude toward using dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.614 secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi behavioural intention. Serta variabel behavioural intention dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.623 secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi actual usage. Temuan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa variabel-variabel behavioural intention mempengaruhi actual usage. Sedangkan variabel user abilities and skills merupakan pengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap perceived usefulness / The important role information technology can be seen from the benefits provided by information technology products. Technology products help people in their daily activities due to information technology products offering convenience, practicality and speed in doing activities. Not surprisingly, over the years users of information technology continues to increase due to the attachment of public interest in information technology. The use of information technology is increasing and development of information technology is growing rapidly provide opportunities for companies to develop and launch products of new information technology in accordance with the needs of consumers. Therefore, to increase the real usage, consumer needs to pay attention to the ease and usability of information technology. In this case, First Media, which is one information technology company in Indonesia also needs to pay attention to this even though it has a lot of people using it. The purpose of this study was to evaluate and analyze the influence of actual usage through behavioural intention variables and Attitude Toward Using customer First Media in Surabaya. Based on the purpose of the research, the expected benefits of the research is to increase knowledge in the field of management, in this case relating to the variable design portal, e-resources organizational, user abilities and skills, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioural intention and actual usage, which will shape the success of the company in the long term. This research is causal. The method used is quantitative method with data processing using SPSS version 22.0. Collecting data in this study conducted by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in accordance with the characteristics of the samples that have been described. Questionnaires will be distributed as many as 200 respondents with a characteristic which is a customer of First Media aged 18-60 years and using First Media for three consecutive months in the past year and is domiciled in Surabaya. The results showed that the design portal with a regression coefficient of 0.284, e-organizational resources with a regression coefficient of 0.128, and the perceived ease of use with a regression coefficient of 0.384 positively and significantly affect the perceived usefulness. While the user variable abilities and skills with a regression coefficient of 0.046 in a positive and not significantly affect the perceived usefulness. Portal design variables with a regression coefficient of 0.358, e-organizational resources with a regression coefficient of 0.186, and user abilities and skills with a regression coefficient of 0.367 positively and significantly affect the perceived ease of use. Variable perceived usefulness with a regression coefficient of 0.424 and perceived ease of use with a regression coefficient of 0.451 positively and significantly affect the attitude toward using. Variable perceived usefulness with a regression coefficient of 0.155 and attitude toward using the regression coefficient of 0.614 positively and significantly affects the behavioural intention. As well as behavioural intention variables with a regression coefficient of 0.623 positively and significantly affect actual usage. These findings indicate that the behavioural intention variables affect actual usage. While the user variable abilities and skills is not a significant influence on the perceived usefulness
