Abstract

Urban community with a growing mindset and based on the various facilities provided by the city, making them very vulnerable lifestyle influenced by the changing times. Different urban community lifestyle with villagers who are still traditional. Efficiency and mobility becomes a major consideration someone choosing a motorcycle. Motorcycle is the image of its owner, became a hobby for the owner, and this is where the people in this case the owner or user of the motorcycle began to look for a container or a place to channel his hobby which then form groups of motorcycle enthusiasts or more familiarly known by the community motorcycles, motorcycle clubs and motorcycle gangs. In the selection of products to modify the motor, the chosen product is more crowded Racing TDR is used now. Racing TDR is from Thailand, because Thailand is the mecca of auto racing motif. There is also the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lifestyle and attitude towards money purchase decision. The expected benefits of this study is to the field of management science, especially how much the lifestyle and attitude sehinggap money can assign purchasing decisions that will ultimately shape the success of the company in the long run. This study is causal. The method used is a quantitative method of processing data using SPSS. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents by respondent characteristics of men and women aged 17-35 years, had to modify the motor more than twice and based in Surabaya. The results showed that the lifestyle and attitude positive and significant effect of money on purchasing decisions / Masyarakat kota dengan pola pikir yang berkembang serta didasari pada berbagai fasilitas yang disediakan oleh kota, membuat gaya hidup mereka sangat rentan dipengaruhi perkembangan jaman. Gaya hidup masyarakat perkotaan berbeda dengan masyarakat desa yang masih tradisional. Efisiensi dan mobilitas menjadi pertimbangan utama seseorang memilih sepeda motor. Sepeda motor menjadi citra dari pemiliknya, menjadi sebuah hobi bagi pemiliknya, dan dari sinilah masyarakat dalam hal ini pemilik atau pengguna sepeda motor mulai mencari wadah atau tempat untuk menyalurkan hobinya yang kemudian membentuk kelompok-kelompok pecinta sepeda motor atau yang lebih akrab di kenal dengan komunitas motor, klub motor maupun geng motor. Dalam pemilihan produk untuk memodifikasikan motor, maka dipilihlah produk TDR Racing yang lagi ramai digunakan sekarang. TDR Racing ini berasal dari thailand, karena Thailand merupakan kiblat dari auto motif racing. Ada pun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari gaya hidup dan sikap uang terhadap keputusan pembelian. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk ilmu dibidang manajemen khususnya seberapa besar gaya hidup dan sikap uang sehinggap dapat menetapkan keputusan pembelian yang pada akhirnya akan membentuk kesuksesan dari perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden dengan karakteristik responden pria dan wanita berumur 17 – 35 tahun, pernah melakukan modifikasi motor lebih dari dua kali dan berdomisili di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup dan sikap uang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian
