Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa merupakan hasil pembelajaran yang diperoleh siswa berupa penilaian kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik melalui pembelajaran. Hasil belajar kognitif yang didapatkan siswa berasal dari pemahaman yang didapatkan dari konsep sebelumnya. Berdasarkan penelitian, ditemukan bahwa keseluruhan siswa kelas VIII masih memiliki hasil belajar yang rendah oleh karena penggunaan metode yang kurang tepat. Melalui hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif disertai dengan kajian literatur. Secara teologis, hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat sebagai sarana pertobatan siswa dan guru. Hal ini dapat digunakan sebagai bentuk evaluasi diri guru ketika melihat kesalahan yang telah dilakukan pada metode pengajaran dan penilaian pada lembar kerja serta berkomitmen untuk memperbaikinya kembali pada pertemuan selanjutnya. Hal tersebut terlihat dari hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh metode STAD terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Di mana terjadinya peningkatan keseluruhan atau sebanyak 21 dari 21 hasil belajar siswa dalam aspek kognitif. Adapun saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya yaitu diharapkan guru dapat mempertimbangkan untuk menggunakan metode pembelajaran kooperatif yang lebih sering karena dapat mendorong siswa untuk terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran dan menumbuhkan sikap kerja sama antar siswa, sehingga hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa dapat maksimal./Student learning outcomes are the results of students’ learning in the form of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor assessments through learning. Cognitive learning outcomes obtained by students come from the understanding acquired from previous concepts. Based on research, it was found that the overall eighth-grade students still had low learning outcomes due to the use of inappropriate methods. Therefore, research needs to be conducted with the aim of improving students' learning outcomes through the application of the Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) method. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method, accompanied by a literature review. From a theological perspective, students' learning outcomes can be seen as a means of repentance for both students and teachers. It can be used as a form of self-evaluation for teachers when they see the mistakes made in teaching methods and assessment on worksheets and commit to improving them in future meetings. This is evident from the research results, which show the influence of the STAD method on students' learning outcomes. There was an overall improvement, with all 21 students showing improved cognitive learning outcomes. As a suggestion for future researchers, it is hoped that teachers consider using cooperative learning methods more frequently as it can encourage active student engagement in learning and foster cooperation among students, thereby maximizing the learning outcomes achieved by students.
