Abstract

Penutupan sekolah akibat pandemik Covid-19 menimbulkan salah satu permasalahan serius dalam dunia pendidikan, yaitu learning loss. Dampak tersebut terlihat hingga pembelajaran pasca-pandemik yang ditandai adanya degradasi kemampuan (kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor) yang menjadikan siswa tidak mampu bertumbuh secara holistis. Pangkal pendidikan Kristen berdiri tegak di atas antropologi Kristen bahwa siswa diciptakan dalam gambar dan rupa Allah, serta mewarisi potensi yang ada dalam diri Allah. Fenomena learning loss memperlihatkan adanya kegagalan siswa mencapai sasaran Allah, yakni keserupaan dengan Allah yang direfleksikan pada aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Tujuan penulisan proyek akhir ini adalah memaparkan implementasi model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique (VCT) sebagai upaya learning loss recovery: motivasi siswa. Analisis yang digunakan pada penulisan Proyek Akhir ini adalah secara kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah model pembelajaran VCT berdampak positif terhadap pemulihan motivasi siswa pada kecenderungan siswa melakukan prokrastinasi dengan persentase paling tinggi yakni 43% pada penerapan I dan 50% pada penerapan II sehingga mengalami kenaikan signifikan sebanyak 7% dengan kategori siswa memiliki motivasi tinggi. Adapun saran yang diberikan yaitu siswa perlu mengetahui value yang akhirnya didapatkan melalui pembelajaran supaya tercapai tujuan pembelajaran dan siswa dibantu untuk pulih dari learning loss khususnya pada aspek motivasi. / School closures due to the Covid-19 pandemic have created a serious problem in the world of education, namely learning loss. This impact can be seen in post-pandemic learning which is marked by a degradation of abilities (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) which makes students unable to grow holistically. The foundation of Christian education stands firmly on Christian anthropology that students are created in the image and likeness of God, and inherit the potential that exists in God. The learning loss phenomenon shows the failure of students to achieve God's target, namely similarity to God which is reflected in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The purpose of writing this final project is to explain the implementation of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model as an effort to learning loss recovery: student motivation. The analysis used in writing this Final Project is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained were that the VCT learning model had a positive impact on restoring student motivation on students' tendency to procrastinate with the highest percentage, namely 43% in application I and 50% in application II, resulting in a significant increase of 7% in the category of students having high motivation. The advice given is that students need to know the value that is ultimately obtained through learning so that learning goals are achieved, and students are helped to recover from learning loss, especially in the motivational aspect.
