Abstract

Perkembangan persaingan antara bisnis sangat pesat dan menjadi kompetitif, mulai dari bisnis otomotif, bisnis elektronik, dan tidak terkecuali dalam dunia perbankan, persaingan antara bank kerap bermunculan mulai dari menyiapkan sejumlah fasilitas atau kenyamanan agar nasabah didapatkan. Untuk mendapatkan banyak nasabah yang merupakan target setiap bank yang ada di Indonesia maka dapat dilihat dari 7P’s yaitu Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Physical Evidence, dan Process sangat berguna bagi nasabah dalam memilih bank mana yang akan mereka pilih dan juga berguna bagi bank untuk mencapai tujuan mereka yaitu mendapatkan nasabah sebanyak mungkin. Bank Mandiri merupakan salah 1 bank yang sangat besar di Indonesia yang merupakan gabungan dari 4 bank besar. Bank Mandiri sendiri merupakan Bank (persero) yang berarti bank milik pemerintah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti meneliti faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan menjadi nasabah Bank Mandiri di Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengambil 120 sempel yang merupakan nasabah Bank Mandiri sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa faktor apa yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan menjadi nasabah Bank Mandiri dan merupakan nasabah Bank Mandiri Surabaya. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program statistik SPSS versi 16 dan hasil uji hipotesis berpedoman pada apabila P value < 0.05 maka Ho ditolak dan apabila sebaliknya P value > 0.05 maka Ho diterima. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan persamaan regresi yang terbentuk adalah Y = -1.225 + 0.190 X1 + 0.136 X2 + 0.201 X3 + 0.274 X4 + 0.144 X5 + 0.151 X6 + 0.258 X7. Secara serentak variabel bebas X1 (Product), X2 (Price), X3 (Promotion), X4 (Place), X5 (People), X6 (Physical Evidence), X7 (Process) berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel terikat (Y) Keputusan Menjadi Nasabah karena hasil uji F, didapatkan F hitung sebesar 22.381 / The development of the business competition is very fast and be competitive, start from automotive business, electronic business, and not the exception in the world of banking, competition between banks often increasing from setting up a facility or convenience that customers get. To get a lot of clients who are the target of any bank in Indonesia, it can be seen from the 7P's, Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Physical Evidence and Process is very useful for the customers to choose which bank they would choose, and also useful for banks to achieve their goal is to get as many customers as possible. Bank Mandiri is one of one very large bank in Indonesia that is a combination of the four major banks. Bank Mandiri is a Bank (Persero) which means the state-owned banks. In this study, researcher examined the factors that influence the decision of a customer of Bank Mandiri in Surabaya and took 120 sample who are customers of the Bank Mandiri so that it can be seen that the factors that greatly influence the selection of a customer of the bank. The method of analysis in this study using statistical program SPSS version 16 and based on the results of hypothesis testing when the P value <0.05 then the Ho is rejected and vice versa if P value> 0.05 then Ho is accepted
