Abstract

Pembelajaran yang efektif adalah pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam prosesnya. Setiap guru Kristen dipanggil Allah untuk mendidik siswa bertanggung jawab dalam belajar, salah satunya terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran. Keterlibatan siswa merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Namun, selama praktik lapangan di salah satu sekolah Kristen di Jakarta penulis menemukan ketidakaktifan siswa kelas 10-12 SMA pada pelajaran Agama Kristen. Ketidakaktifan terlihat saat guru menjelaskan materi pelajaran siswa tidak fokus memperhatikan, tidak mau bertanya, tidak berinisiatif menjawab pertanyaan, tidak mau berpendapat dan kurang berantusias mengerjakan tugas dari guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence dalam meningkatkan keaktifan siswa SMA pada pelajaran Agama Kristen. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penulis menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis AI untuk membuat pembelajaran yang menarik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Artificial Intelligence berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan keaktifan siswa. Siswa menjadi fokus dalam memperhatikan penjelasan guru, mau bertanya tentang materi pelajaran, berinisiatif menjawab pertanyaan, mau menyampaikan pendapat dan berantusias mengerjakan tugas. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya adalah meneliti jenis-jenis atau bidang media pembelajaran berbasis AI lainnya dan untuk guru Agama Kristen supaya membuat pembelajaran menarik dengan Artificial Intelligence. /Effective learning is learning that actively involves students in the process. Every Christian teacher is called by God to educate students to be responsible in learning, one of them is actively involved in learning. Student involvement is one of the factors that determine the success of learning. However, during field practicum in one of the Christian schools in Jakarta, the author found students’ inactiveness in grades 10-12 during Christian Religion lessons. The Inactiveness can be seen when the teacher explains the lesson material, students do not focus, do not want to ask questions, do not take the initiative to answer questions, do not want to give an opinion and lack enthusiasm for doing assignments from the teacher. This study aims to determine the effect of using Artificial Intelligence-based learning media in increasing the activeness of high school students in Christian Religion lessons. The writing method used is descriptive qualitative method. The author uses AI-based learning media to make learning interesting. The results of this study show that the use of Artificial Intelligence-based learning media has an effect in increasing student activeness. Students became focused to the teacher's explanation, were willing to ask questions about the subject matter, took the initiative to answer questions, were willing to give opinions and showed enthusiasm to do assignments. The Recommendation for future researchers are to explore other types or fields of AI-based learning media and for Christian Religion teachers to make learning interesting with Artificial Intelligence.
