Abstract

Guru Kristen bukan hanya sebagai profesi, melainkan pelayanan pada Allah. Dalam melaksanakan pelayanan dibutuhkan profesionalisme guru Kristen untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran efektif yang berdampak pada kualitas belajar siswa. Guru Kristen profesional dapat membantu siswa menghadapi tantangan zaman terutama penggunaan teknologi dengan selalu berpijak pada otoritas Alkitab. Namun, masih ada guru Kristen yang tidak sadar sepenuhnya akan peran dan tanggung jawabnya dalam menghadapi perubahan zaman sehingga berdampak pada pengajarannya. Oleh karena itu, profesionalisme guru Kristen dalam penggunaan teknologi sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan pembelajaran efektif. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk memaparkan kajian profesionalisme guru Kristen di era teknologi berdasarkan perspektif Alkitabiah. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kajian literatur. Pada praktik mengajar, guru Kristen dapat menunjukkan profesionalismenya dalam memberi teladan mengenai penggunaan teknologi dengan bijak dan bertanggung jawab sehingga dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan zaman tetap memfokuskan pembelajaran pada Allah. Guru Kristen profesional tidak hanya merancang pembelajaran efektif berbasis teknologi dengan kreatif dan menarik, tetapi dapat menyediakan materi yang mengarah pada Kristus sehingga siswa melihat panggilan untuk melayani dan menikmati Allah selama�lamanya. Oleh karena itu, penulis menyarankan guru Kristen profesional untuk menyadari perannya dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran efektif yang tidak hanya melihat hasil, melainkan juga proses karena hasil dipengaruhi proses pembelajaran./ Christian teaching is not just a profession, but a service to God. In carrying out services, the professionalism of Christian teachers is needed to realize effective learning which has an impact on the quality of student learning. Professional Christian teachers can help students face the challenges of the times, especially the use of technology, by always remaining based on the authority of the Bible. However, there are still Christian teachers who are not fully aware of their roles and responsibilities in facing changing times which have an impact on their teaching. Therefore, Christian teachers' professionalism in the use of technology is very important to foster effective learning. The aim of this study is to present a study of Christian teacher professionalism in the technological era based on a Biblical perspective. The author uses a literature review research method. In teaching practice, Christian teachers can show their professionalism by setting an example regarding the use of technology wisely and responsibly so that in facing the challenges of changing times they can still focus their learning on God. Professional Christian teachers not only design effective technology-based 2 learning creatively and interestingly but can provide materials that point to Christ so that students see the call to serve and enjoy God forever. Therefore, the author advises professional Christian teachers to be aware of their role in realizing effective learning by not only looking at the results, but also the process because the results are influenced by the learning process.
