Abstract

Hasil belajar adalah kemampuan yang di dapatkan murid setelah melalui proses pembelajaran yang dapat diukur pada kurun waktu tertentu. Murid kelas XII MIPA 2 di salah satu sekolah di Cikarang belum mampu menunjukkan hasil belajar kognitif yang sesuai dengan harapan seperti tidak dapat menjelaskan jawaban pertanyaan dari guru, tidak dapat menyiapkan media ajar sesuai dengan instruksi guru, dan sebagian murid tidak mencapai nilai sesuai KKM. Guru Kristen perlu menyadari bahwa murid adalah gambar dan rupa Allah yang telah jatuh ke dalam dosa dan telah ditebus dalam Kristus akan tetapi, murid masih memiliki kecenderungan untuk melakukan dosa sehingga murid perlu bimbingan dari guru dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan guru Kristen dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif murid adalah melalui penerapan model pembelajaran joyfull learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan model pembelajaran joyfull learning sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif murid kelas XII dalam mata pelajaran Biologi dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penerapan model pembelajaran joyfull learning terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif murid yang terlihat dari tercapainya seluruh indikator hasil belajar kognitif. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah menerapkan model pembelajaran joyfull learning untuk melihat hasil belajar dalam ranah afektif dan psikomotorik serta meneliti lebih lanjut pengaruh joyfull learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar murid pada konteks kelas dan materi Biologi yang berbeda./Learning outcomes are the abilities that students gain after going through a learning process that can be measured in a certain period of time. Students in class XII MIPA 2 in one of the schools in Cikarang have not been able to show cognitive learning outcomes that are in line with expectations such as not being able to explain the answers to questions from the teacher, not being able to prepare teaching media according to the teacher's instructions, and some students do not achieve grades according to the KKM. Christian teachers need to realise that students are the image and likeness of God who have fallen into sin and have been redeemed in Christ however, students still have a tendency to sin so students need guidance from teachers in developing their potential. The effort that can be done by Christian teachers in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes is through the application of joyful learning model. This study aims to explain the application of joyful learning model as an effort to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes in class XII in Biology subject with descriptive qualitative research method. The application of joyfull learning model is proven to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes as seen from the achievement of all indicators of cognitive learning outcomes. Suggestions are to apply the joyful learning model to see learning outcomes in the affective and psychomotor domains and further research the effect of joyful learning in improving student learning outcomes in the context of different classes and Biology materials.
