Abstract

Mewujudkan pribadi yang bertanggung jawab adalah tujuan dari pendidikan. Murid adalah gambar rupa Allah yang memiliki akal budi untuk berpikir dan bertindak sebagai bentuk respons kepada Allah. Namun, dosa membuat murid-murid cenderung gagal melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya. Oleh karena itu, pemulihan dibutuhkan untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut. Penerapan kesepakatan kelas menjadi sarana untuk melaksanakan pemuridan di dalam kelas yang melibatkan guru sebagai rekan kerja Allah dalam menjadi teladan dan menuntun murid melalui teguran, peringatan, dan konsekuensi yang dilakukan sesuai dengan kesepakatan. Selain itu, murid juga dilatih untuk lebih peka dan memahami setiap tanggung jawab yang perlu mereka penuhi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memaparkan penerapan dan hasil kesepakatan kelas dalam aktualisasi guru sebagai penuntun untuk mengembangkan sikap tanggung jawab murid sekolah dasar. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan hasil yang ditemukan ialah murid mengalami perkembangan dalam memenuhi indikator bertanggung jawab di dalam kelas. Saran bagi peneliti-peneliti selanjutnya adalah menggali lebih dalam mengenai kesepakatan kelas dan pelaksanaan peran guru sebagai penuntun melalui kesepakatan kelas untuk menolong murid di dalam proses pengembangan karakter secara efektif serta membahas tanggung jawab murid secara lebih luas, tidak hanya pada lingkup ruang kelas. / Realizing responsible individuals is the goal of education. Students are images of God who have the intelligence to think and act as a response to God. However, sin makes students tend to fail to fulfill their responsibilities. Therefore, restoration is needed to address the gap. The implementation of class agreement is a means to carry out discipleship in the classroom that involving teacher as God’s co-worker by become an example and guide for students through reprimands, reminders, and concequences carried out in accordance with the agreement. In addition, students are also trained to be more aware and understand every responsibility they need to fulfill. The purpose of this paper is to explain the application and the results of class agreement in the actualization of the teacher as a guide to develop responsibility of elementary school students. The writer uses qualitative descriptive as the research methods and the results found that students showed progress in meeting the indicators of responsibility in the classroom. Suggestions for future researchers are to dig deeper into the classroom agreement and the implementation of the teacher’s role as a guide through classroom agreement to help students in the character development process effectively and discuss students’ responsibilities more broadly, not only within the scope of the classroom.
