Abstract

Hasil belajar penting bagi siswa karena hasil belajar menggambarkan tingkat keberhasilan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan data dari penelitian yang dilakukan, 19,04% siswa pada tes formatif memperoleh hasil belajar kognitif di bawah KKM yakni 70. Numbered Heads Together (NHT) merupakan metode yang digunakan penulis untuk dapat membantu hasil belajar siswa. Penulisan paper ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan NHT dalam membantu hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penerapan NHT, guru harus membawa siswa pada pemahaman bahwa proses pembelajaran adalah anugerah dari Allah dan Allah menciptakan manusia dengan akal budi, sehingga manusia dapat menemukan ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam penerapan NHT siswa akan memiliki tanggung jawab untuk paham terhadap materi pembelajaran melalui nomor yang siswa miliki sehingga berdampak kepada hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Melalui penerapan metode NHT penulis menyimpulkan bahwa metode ini mampu membantu mengembangkan hasil belajar siswa menjadi 76.19% pada kuis. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, penulis menyarankan untuk mempersiapkan instrumen penelitian dengan matang dan dapat mengalokasikan waktu dengan baik di setiap tahapannya. / The importance of learning outcomes for students is because they reflect the level of success in the learning process. Based on data from conducted research, 19.04% of students scored below the Minimum Competence Criteria (KKM), which is 70, in cognitive learning outcomes on formative tests. The author used the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method to help improve students' learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of NHT in enhancing students' cognitive learning outcomes. The research method used is qualitative description. In the implementation of NHT, teachers should guide students to understand that the learning process is a gift from God, and God has endowed humans with intellect, allowing them to acquire knowledge. Through the application of NHT, students are responsible for comprehending the learning material based on the numbers they possess, which ultimately impacts their cognitive learning outcomes. The author concludes that the NHT method can improve students' learning outcomes to 76.19% in quizzes. The suggestion for further research is to carefully prepare the research instruments and allocate time effectively at each stage.
