Abstract

Minat belajar menjadi hal yang harus diusahkan oleh setiap guru, dengan meningkatnya minat belajar siswa akan memiliki kemauan untuk terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, kenyataan yang ditemukan di lapangan masih ditemukan siswa dengan minat belajar yang rendah yang terlihat dari siswa yang mengantuk, melamun, mengobrol di kelas, dan tidak merespons guru saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memaparkan penggunaan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) sebagai upaya meningkatkan minat belajar siswa K3 di salah satu sekolah di Tangerang. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Melalui pengangkatan minat belajar, siswa akan terbantu di dalam mengembangkan setiap kemampuan yang ada dalam diri siswa dengan peran guru yang memfasilitasi setiap proses pembelajaran yang dilandasi oleh kebenaran Firman Tuhan. Temuan penulis berdasarkan kajian penulisan menunjukkan bahwa, alat permainan edukatif terbukti menarik minat belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan: 1) siswa memberikan perhatian ketika guru mengajar, 2) siswa berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, 3) siswa menunjukkan perasaan senang terlihat dari siswa yang tetap antusias selama pembelajaran berlangsung Saran dari penulis yaitu guru perlu memaksimalkan kompetensi yang dimiliki dengan terus belajar dan mau membangun kolaborasi antara sesama rekan guru/ Interest in learning is something that every teacher must strive for, with increasing interest in learning students will have a willingness to be involved in the learning process. However, the reality found in the field is that students are still found with low interest in learning which can be seen from students who are sleepy, daydreaming, chatting in class, and not responding to the teacher during learning. The purpose of this writing is to explain the use of Educational Game Tools (APE) as an effort to increase K3 students' interest in learning at one of the schools in Tangerang. This writing uses a qualitative descriptive research method. By increasing interest in learning, students will be helped in developing every ability that exists within students with the role of the teacher who facilitates every learning process that is based on the truth of God's Word. The author's findings based on writing studies show that, educational game tools are proven to attract students' interest in learning as shown by: 1) students paying attention when the teacher teaches, 2) students participating in learning activities, 3) students showing feelings of joy as seen from students who remain enthusiastic throughout. learning takes place. Suggestions from the author are that teachers need to maximize their competencies by continuing to learn and being willing to build collaboration between fellow teachers.
