Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21, salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh siswa adalah 4C, yaitu: Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, dan Creativity. Keterampilan kolaborasi yang menjadi pembahasan dalam penulisan ini. Kenyataan yang terjadi selama proses Program Pengalaman Lapangan 2 (PPL 2) di TK Tangerang dengan jumlah siswa 10 siswa, penulis menemukan bahwa hanya 27,5% siswa yang memenuhi indikator kolaborasi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah memaparkan langkah-langkah penerapan metode belajar kelompok untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa TK di Tangerang. Dan mengkaji hasil penerapan metode belajar kelompok untuk mengembangkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa TK di Tangerang. Penulisan paper ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan menyajikan hasil temuan selama PPL 2 yang didukung oleh referensi yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan penulis yaitu metode belajar kelompok. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan penulis selama PPL 2: 1) menyampaikan tujuan pembelajaran; 2) membentuk siswa ke dalam kelompok, 3) menyesuaikan pembagian anggota kelompok dengan mata pelajaran; 4) menjelaskan cara mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan; 5) membimbing kelompok belajar dan bekerja; 6) memberitahu siswa bekerja sama dengan baik dalam kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Melalui penerapan metode belajar kelompok penulis menemukan adanya peningkatan dari rata-rata 27,5% menjadi 63,33%, dan terus mengalami peningkatan selama penerapan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode belajar kelompok mampu mengembangkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa. Saran ditujukan kepada guru agar, penerapan metode belajar kelompok dilakukan secara berulang dengan langkah-langkah yang telah ditentukan dan kepada peneliti selanjutnya, penelitian dilakukan dengan jangka waktu yang lebih lama agar memperoleh hasil yang maksimal./ In facing the challenges of the 21st century, one of the skills that students must possess is the 4C, which stands for Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity. Collaboration skills are the focus of this writing. During the Field Experience Program 2 (PPL 2) at TK Tangerang with a total of 10 students, the author found that only 27.5% of students met the collaboration indicators. The purpose of this writing is to outline the steps of implementing the group learning method to develop collaboration skills in TK students in Tangerang. It also aims to examine the results of applying the group learning method to develop collaboration skills in TK students in Tangerang. This paper uses a descriptive qualitative method and presents findings during PPL 2 supported by relevant references. The method used by the author is the group learning method. The steps taken by the author during PPL 2 include: 1) stating the learning objectives; 2) forming students into groups; 3) adjusting the distribution of group members with subjects; 4) explaining how to complete the given tasks; 5) guiding the group in learning and working; 6) informing students to collaborate well within the group. The research results show that through the implementation of the group learning method, the author found an increase from an average of 27.5% to 63.33%, and the improvement continues during the application. It can be concluded that the implementation of the group learning method is capable of developing students' collaboration skills. Recommendations are directed to teachers to repeatedly implement the group learning method with the specified steps. For further researchers, it is suggested to conduct research over a longer period to obtain maximum results.
