Abstract

Kedisiplinan memegang peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Salah satu faktor yang membuat pembelajaran menjadi kondusif adalah kedisiplinan dari siswa. Kenyataannya, konsekuensi dari kejatuhan manusia ke dalam dosa adalah manusia semakin tidak taat kepada Allah, khususnya berkaitan dengan ketaatan manusia akan aturan didunia yaitu ketidakdisiplinan siswa. Bentuk-bentuk ketidakdisiplinan siswa salah satunya siswa tidak menaati peraturan dan prosedur di dalam kelas. Disiplin sangat perlu dimiliki oleh siswa. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi ketidakdisiplinan siswa yaitu faktor eksternal dan faktor internal. Faktor internal salah satunya siswa memiliki kesadaran untuk dapat berubah dan faktor eksternal yaitu faktor lingkungan sekitar. Guru memiliki peranan penting untuk mengarahkan siswa untuk disiplin salah satunya dengan pemberian penghargaan dan konsekuensi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengkaji penerapan penghargaan dan konsekuensi untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan penghargaan dan konsekuensi mampu meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa sesuai indikator kedisiplinan patuh terhadap peraturan dan prosedur, dan mengumpulkan tugas tepat waktu. Saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya pemberian penghargaandan konsekuensi bagi siswa dalam bentuk lain/A didcipline from student actually plays an importent role in the learning process in class. It’s the one of the factors that make a conducive environment in class. But, it’s not easy to have that because the truth that human is already fall into sin and noto bey to God that’s make them not obey the rule in the earth especially indiscipline from student. Discipline is need in the class. The examples of indiscipline is student not obey the rules and procedure in class. The cause of the discipline is from external and internal factor. Internal factor is student have a will to change and external factor is the environment. Teacher are the one who must tell student about discipline give them reward and consequence. The research method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. The aim of this paper is to to examine the used of reward and consequence make students be discipline. The conslusion of this paper is that the used of reward and consequense to increase the student discipline following the indicator which including student obey the rules and submit assignments on time. The suggestion to the next research is to find another kind of reward and conseuence beside sticker.
