Abstract

Interaksi antara guru dan siswa dibutuhkan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Interaksi belajar mengajar berpengaruh pada motivasi belajar siswa. Motivasi belajar yang rendah dapat ditingkatkan melalui interaksi antara guru dengan siswa. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana interaksi antara guru dengan siswa dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Interaksi yang dibangun antara guru dengan siswa ialah interaksi yang penuh kasih. Guru harus mencerminkan pribadi Allah dalam mengajar dengan interaksi yang penuh kasih. Selain itu, sebagai guru Kristen harus menyadari bahwa setiap siswa diciptakan unik sehingga guru harus mengetahui kebutuhan setiap siswa. Interaksi yang penuh kasih dapat mendorong siswa memiliki keinginan untuk belajar. Siswa memiliki dorongan untuk belajar di dalam kelas terlihat dari siswa mengikuti arahan guru dan menikmati proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa interaksi yang dibangun oleh guru dengan penuh kasih dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu guru perlu membangun interaksi dengan siswa di dalam kelas, dengan menanyakan kabar siswa, menanyakan perasaan atau keadaan siswa, mengajak siswa bernyanyi, mengajak siswa menonton video, bertanya jawab, walk around checking untuk mengetahui pemahaman maupun kesulitan yang dialami siswa./ The teaching and learning process requires interaction between teachers and students. Students' motivation is affected by interaction in teaching and learning. Low learning motivation can be improved through teacher-student interaction. The aim of this final project is to show how the interaction between the teacher and the students can influence the motivation of the students to learn. The interaction that is built up between teachers and students is a loving interaction. Teachers should reflect the person of God in their teaching with loving interactions. In addition, as a Christian teacher, you must be aware that each student is a unique creation, so you must have an understanding of each student's needs. Loving interactions can encourage students to have a desire to learn. Students have a desire to learn in the classroom. This can be seen when students follow the teacher's directions and enjoy the teaching and learning process in the classroom. It can be concluded that interactions built by teachers with love can increase students' motivation to learn in the classroom. Therefore, teachers need to build interactions with students in the classroom by asking how students are doing, asking about students' feelings or conditions, inviting students to sing, inviting students to watch videos, asking questions, walking around to find out students' understanding and difficulties.
