Abstract

Indonesia menempati urutan keempat sebagai negara dengan penduduk terbanyak. Hal ini akan terus meningkat dikarenakan Indonesia mengalami bonus demografi yang mana 69% penduduk Indonesia akan didominasi oleh penduduk di usia produktif. Hal ini memiliki peluang baik yang mana dapat meningkatkan inovasi dan kreativitas penduduk usia muda dibandingkan generasi orang tua. Namun hal ini juga dapat menjadi ancaman apabila penduduk usia muda ini tidak mendapatkan pekerjaan dan dapat meningkatkan pengangguran di Indonesia. Peningkatan kewirausahaan sangat di perlukan untuk dapat memperluas lapangan pekerjaan yang ada sehingga permasalahan ini dapat ditangani. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi di Tangerang yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variable seperti budaya, pendidikan, dan pola pikir kewirausahaan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Kemudian data akan diolah menggunakan software Smart-PLS versi 4.0 untuk menguji jawaban dari responden dan juga menguji hipotesis yang ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan pre-test sebanyak 41 responden dan kemudian dilanjutkan pada pengujian aktual dengan total responden sebanyak 210 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel budaya kewirausahaan, pendidikan kewirausahaan, pola pikir kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Budaya kewirausahaan dan Pendidikan kewirausahaan juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Budaya kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendidikan kewirausahaan./Indonesia ranks fourth as the country with the largest population. This population will continue to increase because Indonesia is experiencing a demographic bonus where people of productive age will dominate 69% of Indonesia's population. It is an excellent opportunity to improve the innovation and creativity of the younger population. However, this could also be a threat if the young population does not get a job, which could increase unemployment in Indonesia. Growing entrepreneurship is needed to expand existing job opportunities to address this problem. This research determines undergraduate students' entrepreneurial intentions at the Faculty of Economics University in Tangerang, which are influenced by several variables such as culture, education, and entrepreneurial mindset. The research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed online. Then, the data will be processed using Smart-PLS version 4.0 software to test respondents' answers and existing hypotheses. This research conducted a pre-test with 41 respondents and then continued with testing with 210 respondents. This research shows that entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial education, and entrepreneurial mindset have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial education also have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurial culture has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurship education.
