Abstract

Peraturan dan prosedur kelas diciptakan melalui sebuah kesepakatan serta disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan di dalam kelas. Peraturan dan prosedur kelas bertujuan untuk mengatur sikap, cara berinteraksi dengan baik, serta membantu proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan ini diarahkan agar kelas dibangun menjadi sebuah komunitas yang shalom. Komunitas shalom yang ada di dunia tentunya tidak dapat mencapai kesempurnaan karena manusia masih dapat terdistorsi oleh dosa, itulah sebabnya pelanggaran masih sangat mungkin terjadi sehingga guru perlu memiliki hati sebagai agen rekonsiliasi yang mau melayani murid dengan memberikan pengulangan, motivasi, dan juga teguran. Langkah-langkah penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas dilakukan dengan memodifikasi dan menyepakati peraturan dan prosedur kelas bersama murid, menerapkan dan mengulang peraturan kelas dengan konsisten dan kreatif, serta pemberian konsekuensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan hasil penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas dalam membangun komunitas shalom di dalam kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas terbukti dapat membangun komunitas shalom melalui perilaku positif murid. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu melakukan tinjauan lebih dalam terkait setiap murid dalam penerapan peraturan dan prosedur kelas./ Class rules and procedures are created through an agreement and adapted to the needs in the classroom. Class rules and procedures aim to manage attitudes, how to interact well, and help the learning process run smoothly. This goal is directed towards developing the class into a community of shalom. The shalom community that exists in the world certainly cannot reach perfection because humans can still be distorted by sin, which is why offenses are still very likely to occur so that teachers need to have a heart as an agent of reconciliation who is willing to serve students by providing repetition, motivation, and also reprimand. The steps of implementing classroom rules and procedures are carried out by explaining and agreeing on classroom rules and procedures with students, implementing and repeating classroom rules consistently and creatively, and providing consequences. The purpose of this study is to describe the result of classroom rules and procedures in developing a shalom community in the classroom. This study used a descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study show that the application of classroom rules and procedures is proven to develop a shalom community through positive student behavior. Suggestions that can be given are to conduct a deeper review related to each student in the application of classroom rules and procedures.
