Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh dari control of behavior, need for fulfillment, innovation, personal attitude, risk tendency, society’s appreciation, dan subjective norm terhadap entrepreneur intention. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup mahasiswa yang masih menjalankan kuliahnya serta yang sudah lulus yang pernah bergabung di dalam tim olahraga selama minimal enam bulan. Teknik pengumpulan sampel merupakan non-probability dengan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yaitu sebanyak 297 responden menggunakan alat analisis data PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu control of behavior, personal attitude, risk tendency, dan society’s appreciation berpengaruh positif terhadap entrepreneur intention. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gender tidak memiliki pengaruh moderasi yang signifikan terhadap hubungan variabel bebas dengan entrepreneur intention, kecuali hubungan antara risk tendency dengan entrepreneur intention. Model penelitian ini dapat memprediksikan nilai R-square entrepreneurial intention sebesar 0,756 yang masuk ke dalam tingkat substansial. / This research aims to analyze and test the influence of the control of behavior, need for fulfillment, innovation, personal attitude, risk tendency, society's appreciation, and subjective norm on entrepreneurial intention. This research is of a quantitative research. The population in this study includes both current university students and graduates who have been part of a sports team for a minimum of six months. The sampling technique employed is non-probability with purposive sampling method. A total of 297 respondents were sampled, and data analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM. The results of this research indicate that the control of behavior, personal attitude, risk tendency, and society's appreciation have a positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, This research proves that gender does not have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between independent variables and entrepreneurial intention, except for the relationship between risk tendency and entrepreneurial intention. The research model can predict an R-square value of 0.756 for entrepreneurial intention, which falls into the substantial range.
