Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, Propensity to Act, and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Intention. The study adopts a quantitative approach and involves the student population of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) in the Management program at Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH). The sample is selected using a non-probability method with convenience sampling, and a total of 136 respondents are included. The data analysis tool employed in this research is PLS-SEM. The findings reveal that Perceived Desirability, Perceived Feasibility, Propensity to Act, and Entrepreneurship Education positively influence Entrepreneurial Intention. The research model also demonstrates the ability to predict entrepreneurial intention with a success rate measured by an R-square value of 0.746, indicating a moderate level. The remaining 25.6% variance is attributed to other unexamined variables. All hypotheses in this study show significant effects of the four independent variables on entrepreneurial intention. While the research does not aim for generalization, it suggests the need for further exploration in different settings
