Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction dan job commitment. Jenis penelitiannya adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert nilai 1-5. Obyek penelitiannya adalah PT. XYZ. Teknik samplingnya menggunakan purposive sampling adalah karena penelitian ini membutuhkan responden yang memiliki karakteristik tertentu yaitu sebagai karyawan dari perusahaan XYZ dan yang bekerja lebih dari 1 tahun. Responden dalam studi pendahuluan berjumlah 30 orang dan studi actual 192 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dan diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan quality of work life berpengaruh negatif terhadap job stressditerima, quality of work life berpengaruh positif terhadap job satisfaction, quality of work life berpengaruh positif ke job commitment, job stress berpengaruh negatifterhadap work life balance, job satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap work life balance, job commitment berpengaruh positif terhadap work life balance. job stress, job satisfaction, job commitment memediasi pengaruh quality of work life terhadapwork life balance diterima. Kata Kunci : quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction dan job commitment /This research aims to determine the influence between quality of work life, work life balance, job stress, job satisfaction and job commitment. The type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The research object is PT. XYZ. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling because this research requires respondents who have certain characteristics, namely as employees of company XYZ and who have worked for more than 1 year. Respondents in the preliminary study were 30 people and 192 people in the actual study. Data processing uses Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and processed using SmartPLS software. The research results show that quality of work life has a negative effect on job stress, quality of work life has a positive effect on job satisfaction, quality of work life has a positive effect on job commitment, job stress has a negative effect on work life balance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on work life balance, job commitment has a positive effect on work life balance. job stress, job satisfaction, job commitment mediate the influence of quality of work life on acceptable work life balance.
