Abstract

Dalam pendidikan, hasil belajar merupakan salah satu bagian yang penting. Hasil belajar merupakan satu-satunya bentuk dari tercapai atau tidaknya suatu tujuan pembelajaran. Untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang baik, maka perlu adanya kerja sama yang baik antara guru dan juga murid. Salah satu faktor yang mendukung hasil belajar murid adalah peran dari seorang guru. Peranan seorang guru sangat penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar murid. Namun, saat ini peran guru semakin menurun karena kurangnya kualitas atau kompetensi dari guru. Hal ini menjadi hal yang penting untuk dibahas karena saat ini sangat dibutuhkan seorang guru yang benar-benar terpanggil dan punya hati untuk menjadikan profesinya sebagai sebuah pelayanan dalam menolong murid. Tujuan penulisan ini yaitu untuk memaparkan peran guru Kristen sebagai gembala dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar murid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kajian literatur. Hasilnya adalah dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar murid sangat dibutuhkan peran guru sebagai gembala untuk mengarahkan serta membimbing murid mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dengan teladan Yesus Sang Gembala Agung sebagai fondasi dasarnya. Alkitab juga menjadi fondasi dasar dari sumber pengetahuan yang digunakan oleh guru untuk memberikan pengajaran kepada murid, sehingga kajian filsafat yang digunakan yaitu epistemologi. Saran bagi guru yaitu semakin peka terhadap panggilannya sebagai pendidik dan pembing untuk murid serta menjadikan Alkitab sebagai dasar dari sumber pengetahuan/In education, learning outcomes are an important part. Learning outcomes are the only form of whether or not a learning objective is achieved. To achieve good learnig outcomes, it is necessary to have good cooperation between teachers and students. One of the factors that support student learning outcomes is the role of a teacher. The role of a teacher is very important in imrpoving student learning outcomes. However, currently the role of teachers is decreasing due to the lack of quality or competence of teachers. This is an important thing to discuss because there is a need for teachers who are truly called and have the heart to make their profession a service in helping students. The purpose of this paper is to find out the role of Christian teachers as shepherds in improving student learning outcomes. The research method used is literature review. The result is that in improving student learning outcomes, the role of the teacher as a shepherd is needed to direct and guide students to achieve the goals that have been set with the example of Jesus the Great Shepherd as the basic foundation. The Bible is also the basic foundation of the source of knowledge used by teachers to provide teaching to students, so the philosophical study used is epistemology. Suggestions for teachers are to be more sensitive to their calling as educators and mentors for students and to make the Bible the basis of the source of knowledge.
