Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji variabel sikap berwirausaha dan kontrol perilaku terhadap edukasi berwirausaha dan intensi berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 220 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa dari berbagai jurusan di Universitas Pelita Harapan. Metode pengambilan data ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Smart-PLS versi 4.0.9.6. Hasil Menunjukkan Kontrol Perilaku dan Sikap berwirausaha memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Edukasi Berwirausaha. Selain itu, Kontrol Perilaku dan Edukasi Berwirausaha memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha. Sedangkan Sikap Berwirausaha memberikan hasil yang negatif terhadap intensi Berwirausaha. / This study is aimed at testing the variables of entrepreneurial attitude and behavioral control on entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial intention among students of Pelita Harapan University. The subjects of this study consisted of 220 respondents who are students from various departments at Pelita Harapan University. The data collection method used in this study is quantitative, with sample selection using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the Smart-PLS version 4.0.9.6 application. The results show that Behavioral Control and Entrepreneurial Attitude have a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Education. Additionally, Behavioral Control and Entrepreneurial Education have a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Intention. However, Entrepreneurial Attitude has a negative impact on Entrepreneurial Intention.
