Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari entrepreneurial intention, exploration, exploitation, innovativeness, self efficacy, dan internal locus of control. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh innovativeness terhadap exploration dan exploitation, self efficacy terhadap exploration dan exploitation, internal locus of control terhadap exploration dan exploitation, entrepreneurial intention terhadap exploration dan exploitation. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling atau purposive sampling. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa daerah Tangerang sebanyak 189 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif Tangerang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan jika Exploitation berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention, Exploration berpengaruh positif terhadap Entrepreneurial Intention, Internal Locus of Control berpengaruh positif terhadap Exploitation, Internal Locus of Control berpengaruh positif terhadap Exploration, Innovativeness tidak berpengaruh terhadap Exploitation, Innovativeness berpengaruh positif terhadap Exploration, Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Exploitation, Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Exploration / The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of entrepreneurial intention, exploration, exploitation, innovativeness, self-efficacy, and internal locus of control. Specifically, this study aims to examine the effects of innovativeness on exploration and exploitation, self-efficacy on exploration and exploitation, internal locus of control on exploration and exploitation, and entrepreneurial intention on exploration and exploitation.The study employed a quantitative research method using non-probability sampling or purposive sampling. The respondents of this study were 189 active students from Tangerang. The analysis used in this study was PLS-SEM with the SmartPLS 4 application.The results of the study showed that exploitation had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, exploration had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, internal locus of control had a positive effect on exploitation, internal locus of control had a positive effect on exploration, innovativeness had no effect on exploitation, innovativeness had a positive effect on exploration, self-efficacy had a positive effect on exploitation, and self-efficacy had a positive effect on exploration.
