Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh faktor dukungan keluarga, dukungan komunitas bisnis, dukungan mitra bisnis, dan penerapan teknologi digital sebagai variabel mediasi terhadap kinerja wirausaha yang memiliki bisnis di bidang fashion Hypebeast di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan metode non-probability sampling untuk mengambil sampel 175 responden. Kuisioner disebarkan melalui Google Form kemudian diolah melalui Software SmartPLS 4.0. Diketahui bahwa terdapat empat hipotesis ditolak dan tiga hipotesis yang diterima dengan T-hitung >1,64 (one tailed), yaitu dukungan komunitas bisnis, penerapan teknologi digital, dan penerapan teknologi digital yang memediasi antara dukungan keluarga dan kinerja wirausaha. / This research aims to examine the influence of family support, community support, business mitra support, and the application of digital technology as moderating variables on the performance of entrepreneurs who have businesses in the Hypebeast fashion sector in Jakarta. This research used a purposive sampling technique with a non-probability sampling method to take a sample of 175 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Form and then processed via SmartPLS 4.0 software. It is known that there are four hypotheses rejected and three hypotheses accepted with T-count > 1.64 (one tailed), namely business community support, application of digital technology, and digital technology mediating between family support and entrepreneurial performance.
